PROOFS
Once you have placed your order, a proof will be provided by email
for your
approval. There is no charge for a reasonable number
of proofs. There will be a charge
for excessive copy change. After the
"Final Proof" is approved,
you will be responsible for any errors in copy.
There will be a fee for changes made once the order is in production.
Customer is responsible for returning proofs in a timely manner. If
customer
does not return proof after 120 days, the
customer will be notified
the order is cancelled and a $100.00 fee will be withheld
from refund.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is required to initate production.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
American Express, or
personal check.
PRODUCTION TIME
Once final proof has been approved, normal production time is
2 weeks. Please
allow time for shipping. See shipping (next item).

You may pick up your order at our print shop. Otherwise,
your order will be shipped UPS Ground.
Three day and overnight shipping
available at your request.

We are not responsible to delays in shipping due to carrier.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order once it is in production, and be refunded for
the
percent that remains unfinished. (Return to Top)
REFUNDS
Please understand that since our products are created individually for each
customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on printed items.
GUARANTEE
We take great care in the preparation of each order and do not ship
unless
we are fully satisfied with the outcome. In the unlikely event
your order
is defective,
we will happily
replace it in an expedient
manner. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event of loss or damage from shipping, our liability will be limited
to

POSTAGE
Your invitation ensemble may require additional postage.
Additional postage is required on all square mailing envelopes.
It is recommended that a fully-assembled invitation, including enclosure
cards, be taken to the post office to determine the correct postage.

ENVELOPES
Please note whether single or double envelopes are provided with the
invitation you have chosen. With some designs, you have the choice.
Extra envelopes may be ordered.
ENVELOPE LINERS
Envelope lining is not included unless otherwise specified. If you would
like your envelopes lined, the following charges apply.
Standard lining: $.55 ea.
Stardream lining: $.70 ea.

PAPER
In our effort to offer you a superior product, we have chosen premium
heavy weight papers to construct our invitations.
COLORS
Colors display differently from one computer to the next and it is
therefore impossible to convey colors accurately by the internet.
Please request a sample for accurate representation of paper and ink.
MATCHING INK
We will special mix ink to match your colors as closely as possible.
Remember
that paper has a different reflective quality than fabric
and
that will affect the color's appearance.

CUSTOM DESIGN
We would be pleased to make your ideas a reality. Please call to

POSTAGE
